 Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager for the European market to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the field and will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our client relationships across Europe. This position demands a strategic thinker who can deliver exceptional customer service while driving business growth and ensuring client satisfaction.  Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in a life science field – chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, biomedical sciences or another related field.

·       Solid knowledge about laboratory services in the pharmaceutical and/or medical technology fields. Other fields such as food and/ or environmental sciences are considered as well.

·       Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management within contract laboratory services.

·       Strong understanding of the European market and regulations related to laboratory services.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.

·       Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth.

·       Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

·       Proficient in the use of CRM software and Microsoft Office.

·       Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

·       Willingness to travel within Europe as needed.
